We welcome our exciting new talent to 4 Site Security... Shane Morton - Control and Mobile Services Manager

We welcome Shane Morton to our new position of Control and Mobile Services Manager.

Shane has worked in the security industry as an operations manager for 13 years, and previous to this worked in the UK military.

He explains his motivation and priorities for his new job: “I wanted to work somewhere where I could make a difference and I liked the fact that 4 Site Security is a growing and developing company. I’m excited to bring my knowledge and skill set to make an impact in this new role. My job is to look at all and every aspect of continually enhancing 4 Site Security’s service. That could mean anything from using data and analytics, introducing innovation, developing people, and using technology to developing processes and systems. Communication is also key to success for me. I enjoy speaking to customers face to face, bringing a personal touch, creating trust and forging relationships.
